Return & Refund Policy

Return Policy:

- You can return a product within 5 days of delivery.

- Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.

Refund Policy:

- We do not offer cash refunds. Instead, we provide a coupon code for the same amount, which can be redeemed on future purchases.

- The coupon code will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Exceptions:

- In the case of damaged or wrong shipped products, we will provide a refund or replace the product, whichever is applicable.

- To claim a refund or replacement for a damaged or wrong shipped product, please provide us with an opening parcel video, which clearly shows the damage or incorrect product. This video is mandatory for processing your claim.

Additional Terms:

- All returns must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

- We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet our return policy guidelines.
